Abstract

The manual contains a set of practical classes aimed at mastering modern methods and techniques by servicemen, which can increase their stress resistance in conditions of limited time and intensive workload during the performance of assigned tasks. The complex of practical classes allows to form in personnel skills of successful overcoming of stressful situations and to prevent development of post-stress disturbances.
