Abstract

The article presents the main objectives and results of the XIV International scientific and practical online conference on organizational and economic psychology “Psychological Health of Personnel of Organizations: Problems and Improvement Technologies”, which took place on the Zoom platform on May 21, 2020. The conference was held as the NAES of Ukraine actions under the All-Ukrainian Festival of Science and dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the G.S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of NAES of Ukraine. The conference discussed the new area of organizational psychology research (psychology of health in the organization), which was reflected by the content of ten panel discussions, and highlighted the current problems and their solutions as well as organizational and psychological technologies in this area. The conference round table session “Psychological Health of Personnel of in an Organization under the COVID-19 Pandemic: New Experience, Problems, Support Technologies” analysed psychological and organizational conditions and technologies for improving psychological health of personnel in an organization under the COVID-19 pandemic and presented the results and methods of online express research, online training and online counselling.
