Abstract

The paper pays special attention to the teacher 's possession of charismatic qualities in postgraduate pedagogical education. Emphasis is placed on the importance of individual psychological charismatic qualities of a teacher-andragogue, without which the effective professional activity of pedagogical staff of postgraduate pedagogical education is impossible.
