Abstract
Analysis of education, as a complex systemic process of providing educational services, necessitates the creation and application of appropriate technologies for measuring, operational control and evaluation of its current, intermediate and initial results. Given the informatization of education, it is important to create and search for a new generation of diagnostic tools for educational outcomes developed on the basis of information technology (IT). The introduction of IT in education is a natural phenomenon, which aims to increase the effectiveness of learning due to their powerful potential [5; 7]. Research indicates that modern tools for diagnosing educational outcomes can be presented in the form and format of an electronic textbook - an IT application to a traditional (paper) textbook. Such IT applications must contain a set of software modules (designed to organize and manage the learning process), the use of which allows all subjects to participate in the development and adjustment of educational content.
