Abstract
Adult education contributes to the acquisition of knowledge, improvement of skills, abilities and other important personal and professional traits on the basis of the implementation of educational services and programs, as well as educational and informational activities within and outside the general secondary, professional (vocational), professional higher, higher and postgraduate education. It helps to overcome the difficulties associated with the natural aging of the population, the demographic crisis, external labor migration, labor market imbalances and insufficient competence of people over 45 years of age.
