Abstract

The abstracts highlight the features of building a modern textbook for primary school. The main characteristics of the textbook are revealed: functions, structure, etc. An analysis of the scientific literature on the problem of school textbooks for primary school students. Methodical recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the design and printing of textbooks for the new Ukrainian school are given.
