Abstract
The article considers the tendency towards relocating the game activities of children from the real world to the virtual one. The results of the research reveal the following: the measure of engagement of children, aged 5-7 in the computer games world; the definition of computer games to which children give the preference as well as the time spent in front of the computer. Alongside this, there was a conducted analysis of the influence of computer games on the behavior of children and on their relationships with their peers.
