Abstract

The methodical publication contains recommendations on the development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers with the use of open electronic scientific-educational systems for effective organization and support of research activities. An explanatory note, calendar-thematic planning and educational materials on the use of scientific electronic libraries, electronic open journal systems, bibliometric and scientometric databases, electronic social networks, statistical methods for assessing the quality of tests, digital identifiers of scientists, plagiarism testing systems. The presented methodological developments can be used in retraining and advanced training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers; in the training of graduate students, doctoral students in the field of knowledge "Education / Pedagogy" and master students of pedagogical specialties.
