Abstract
The paper reviews the main strategic documents of Finland's educational policy, which are the basis for modern reform of primary and secondary education, training of future teachers and in-service teacher traning. It is noted that for the development of digital competence of teachers, appropriate learning platforms, electronic educational resources for various disciplines and online tools for assessing the level of digital competence have been developed.
