Abstract

The manual is devoted to training technologies as one of the most popular areas of modern psychological practice. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of trainings are covered, the history of group psychological movement development is analyzed: T-groups, sensitivity trainings, therapeutic groups, differences in the structure of training and therapeutic groups, psychocorrection groups, meeting groups (incounting groups), balint groups; training as a systematic acquisition of knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes aimed at improving the performance of activities in a particular field; socio-psychological training as a means of developing competence in communication. The practical section is devoted to the recommendations of various trainings, in particular, overcoming grief, conflict resolution, prevention of emotional burnout and pedagogical competence. The manual is addressed to a wide range of both practical psychologists and educators. social workers and anyone interested in the psychology of training.
