Abstract

Different scientific views on the problem of innovation management in an educational institution are revealed, which gives an opportunity to implement educational innovations more objectively and to study the practical feasibility of their implementation. The author's awareness of the importance of a systematic approach to innovation management in a secondary school, organization of students' educational activities, which activates pedagogical creativity of a teacher, forms creative thinking of a future graduate of a secondary school, development of his creative potential, achievement of a qualitatively new state of function. The main stages of technology of management of innovative processes in general educational institutions and corresponding conditions of its introduction are characterized. Emphasis is placed on the urgent tasks that face educational institutions in the context of implementing the recommendations made during the Bologna Process: changes in the structure, content, standards, forms of national education, ensuring the quality of training at the level of European standards. Therefore, the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process of educational institutions is one of the most important tasks currently considered in education and the solution of which is entrusted to teachers and managers.
