Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the scientific contribution of the Department of Comparative Education of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. The author has concluded that scientific research of the Department of Comparative Education of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine is characterized by many dimensions - geographical (significant list of countries for research), subject (teaching subjects in foreign schools), problem (key challenges and innovations). The researchers of the Department with their works contribute to the development of the methodology of comparative education in Ukraine.
