Abstract
Based on the results of empirical research, the authors analyze the main indicators of educational organization managers' subjective well-being, which relate to work, emotional sphere, interaction with other people, health, as well as discuss a number of relevant problems. Only every seventh respondent was shown to have a high subjective well-being index. The indicators of educational organization managers' subjective well-being had statistically significant relationship with the managers' innovative management styles: the higher the level of educational organization managers' subjective well-being, the more actively the managers used innovative management styles in their work. A special educational organization health improvement program can be helpful in promoting both the educational organization staff's subjective well-being and managers' use of innovative management styles.
