Abstract
Introduction. Educational organization staff’s entrepreneurial activity plays an important role in increasing educational organizations' effectiveness and competitiveness at the educational services market. Hence the importance of studying psychological factors in the development of educational organization staff's entrepreneurial activity. Aim. To empirically investigate the psychological factors in the development of educational organization staff's entrepreneurial activity (at the organizational and personal levels). Methods. The study used mathematical statistics. Results. It has been found that the basic psychological components of the educational organization management system are generally at low level with such a component of the management system as "taking into account market characteristics and ensuring innovative development of the organization" being at the lowest level. It has been shown that the levels of psychological components of educational organization management system posiyively correlate with teaching staff's entrepreneurial activity, especially their innovation. Such a component of the educational organization management system as "taking into account market characteristics and innovation level" has a direct impact on teaching staff's innovation, creativity and the overall entrepreneurial activity. It has been also found that teaching staff's entrepreneurial self-efficacy is generally low. It is concluded that increasing teaching staff's entrepreneurial self-efficacy, both at the individual components level and in general, can increase teaching staff's entrepreneurial activity both by individual characteristics and in general. Conclusions. The results obtained can be used in the work of educational organizations and in teaching staff's psychological training.
