Abstract

The article analyzes the system of exercises for studying speech genres in a textbook on the Ukrainian language. It is determined that the main didactic tool for the implementation of the state curriculum in the Ukrainian language is a textbook, which should be aimed at forming the motivation to learn the language, learning ability, language and speech competence of students and educate language personality.
