Abstract

As a result of the developed special course, scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers should increase motivation to use scientific electronic libraries for scientific research, expand the understanding of theoretical and organizational bases of information infrastructure of scientific electronic libraries, acquire skills and abilities to create and use author profiles in ORCID and Publons in scientific and pedagogical activities, to develop skills in finding relevant information, contributing their own resources to the repository, using statistical services of scientific electronic libraries. Therefore, all this should increase the level of information and research competence of researchers and research and teaching staff in the use of scientific electronic libraries and open identification systems of researchers ORCID and Publons.
