Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies (ICT) today allows to reform the learning process and increase its efficiency. Realization of the civic position, citizen participation in the life of society, orientation on the labor market and political life are possible in the conditions of using modern communications and ICT. Favorable conditions for teaching civic education and the development of civic competence can be created by teachers in the information and educational environment.
