Abstract
The article states that to facilitate qualitative and development-enhancing change in an individual and their environment it takes to provide the formation of subjectivity and subject-subject interaction, particularly between a teacher and a student. The paper also highlights the importance of meaningful interaction among the active participants of the educaeducational process. The latter could facilitate the shaping of the individual's moral and humanistic values and make their environment more ethical.
