Abstract

The NAPS of Ukraine, as one of the most important elements of national scientific-educational communication, occupies a significant place in providing a favorable environment for supporting scientific research and quality education, contributing to the development of information-research competence of researchers. Collaboration on Open Electronic Systems is described: Google Scholar, ORCID, Publons, and DL of the NAPS of Ukraine, based on the EPrints 3 software, provide support for the development of information and research competences of scientific and research staff.
