Abstract
Introduction. The transition of society to the development of knowledge economy stimulates the growth of the needs of its citizens in the deep knowledge and determines the need to create more effective conditions for acquiring knowledge for the most rational use of material, physical, psychological, time resources of the individual. This requirement corresponds to distance vocational training. Methods. Analysis, systematization and synthesis of the results of the study of scientific sources; observation of the activities of teachers and students in distance learning; the argumentation of the feasibility of using systemic, informational and modular-competence approaches in provision of distance professional training. Results. The essence of system information and modular-competent approaches in the context of distance professional training is determined. Originality. The ways of using methodological approaches and their practical application in provision of distance professional training in professional (vocational) education establishments are described: definition of purpose, development of training contents, selection of criteria of evaluation. Conclusion. Distance professional training should be ensured by the integration of methodological approaches, among which the priority should be defined: systemic, informational and modular-competence. Their use makes this form of training more effective, as evidenced by the results of scientific research and practice of training skilled workers.
