Abstract

Showed that personality and experience from professional success of scientist, teacher, psychotherapist, trainer are important factors of influence on the students, colleagues, clients. In particular, they pay attention to: the effectiveness of the Teacher's professional activity, the variety of options for solving professional situations (which he demonstrates), the ability to find better solutions to complex professional cases, etc.
