Abstract

It is found out whether teachers are ready to implement the competency approach through a survey. On the basis of the conducted research the ways of the decision of the developed situation, by application of motivation as motivation to activity, and also scientific and methodical maintenance of preparation of the teacher are offered. The conclusion about expediency of use of scientific and methodical maintenance is made.
