Abstract

Showed, that psychological culture is an important factor for achievement of high efficiency of professional activity of teachers. Submitted the structure of psychological culture of education workers into the paradigm of activity self-development through the components: cognitive, affective, motivational, value-semantic, reflexive and behavioral (activity).
