Abstract

Theses substantiate: theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the concept of "quality of education"; systematic parameters of quality of education; taking into account the principle of ecology of the educational process; the concept of higher education as a social institution and a mechanism for youth socialization; the idea of ​​beginning the transition to the fourth wave of human evolution; expediency of credit-modular system of organization of educational process in advanced training of pedagogical staff; systems (models) of preparation of managers for evaluating the results of the activity of a comprehensive educational institution. Scientists have carried out a philosophical measurement of the quality of higher education in the strategy of social development and economic analysis and quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of educational services; in particular, the criteria for their value are defined.
