Abstract

The article clarifies the concept of ICT competence in the context of the duties of the head of the educational institution. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the ICT competence of the undergraduate students of the specialty «Educational Institution Management» in the process of professional training in the distance form of study are determined. It is assumed that the constant updating of the content of the undergraduate studies taking into account the current state of development of information and communication technologies in education and management; ensuring the integrity, consistency and consistency of the selection of teaching methods based on the principles of andragogy; development of didactically sound approaches to the design of students' independent work tasks and the introduction of effective management technologies. It is contribute to the high efficiency of the educational process and the qualitative professional training of future heads of educational institutions.
