Abstract

The result of the research searches of the Institute's scientists is: definition philosophical, psychological, axiological, cultural, aesthetic and the ethical foundations of the development of pedagogical and adult education; substantiation of theoretical and methodological and methodological foundations of pedagogical teacher's skills; creation of conceptual sphere of pedagogical axiology; studying foreign experience of vocational education and its implementation constructive ideas in educational practice; psychological and pedagogical providing education for different categories of adults; creation innovative technologies and training programs on personal and professional development and self-development of teachers; variational, multilevel, diversified by profile and term of the advanced training program eaching staff, etc.
