Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the actual problems of professional development of teachers of vocational education. The main focus is on the theoretic and methodological principles of improvement of modern models of professional education teachers in the conditions of digitalization of society. In particular, the essence of such concepts as "competent teacher", "innovative competence", "digital competence", "continuous professional development" is revealed. It is determined that the quality of digital education is determined by updating the content of educational programs in the direction of their digitalization, the formation of a culture of perception of modern digital content, the formation and development of digital skills; mutually enriching experience between educational institutions and educational institutions on the use of digital technologies in the educational process and management activities, motivation of personnel in the field of education to changes as a result of digitalization of the country's economy. Based on the analysis of literary sources, the existing contradictions in research on digitalization of education in Ukraine are considered ways to bridge the digital gap in the field of vocational education. The article proposed digital technologies of scientific and methodological support for the implementation of competent-oriented conceptual models for improving the qualification of vocational education teachers in vocational, information and communication directions. These digital technologies contribute to the development of digital competence of teachers through the improvement and acquisition of the skills of confident, critical and responsible use and interaction with digital technologies for education; raising awareness of the basic concepts of digitalization, as well as acquiring digital literacy and culture skills; working and participating in a modern information society; building an individual trajectory for the development of digitalcompetence of pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions, as well as improving the educational.
