Abstract

On March 5, 2019, on the basis of the Terebovlyan Educational and Rehabilitation Center, a scientific and methodical seminar-training "Modern Competence Fundamentals for the Development of Persons with Special Educational Needs in the Conditions of the Educational-Rehabilitation Institution" was held on the implementation of the results of research work in two areas: speech therapy and surdo pedagogical .
