Abstract
The article presents "Teaching Staff's Entrepreneurial Activity Development Psychological Training" based on a technological approach and describes its content, structure, objectives, and basic structural components as well as its target trainees, design and basic interactive techniques, which include filling worksheets, unfinished sentences method (followed by group discussion), brainstorming, mini-lectures, drawings, psychological practicums, intergroup discussions, individual projects, post-training analyses, etc. The training consists of an introduction, training session 1 "Risk and Innovation as the Basic Characteristics of Entrepreneurial Activity", training session 2 "Creativity and Independence as the Main Procedural Characteristics of Entrepreneurial Activity", training session 3 "Focus on Achievement, Commitment and goal Orientation as the Key Characteristics of Entrepreneurial Activity”, and the final part. The training combines the main structural elements (training sessions), the main components of each of training topic (introductory, assessing and developing components) and interactive techniques used to represent each of the components. The author gives a detailed description of the training.
