Abstract

Resume: The activities of teachers of art disciplines create the basis for the formation of an axiological attitude to art and personality orientation in the world of spiritual values. The level of aesthetic and ethical values of the artistic image of a work of art significantly affects the formation of personality, helping a person to adopt a higher system of values and look for new ways of self-development and spiritual ascent. The author of the article determines the structure and reveals the specifics of the technology for the development of the artistic and aesthetic worldview of teachers of art disciplines in the system of postgraduate teacher education, focuses on the worldview culture of the individual as the basis of the teacher’s professional attitude to future activities.
