Abstract
The article presents the content, structure and interactive techniques of the training program "Psychology of Development of Innovative Management Styles Used by Managers of Educational Organizations". The authors discuss the aim, objectives and scope of the training program. The training includes the introductory, basic and final parts as well as home assignments. The main part covers seven training modules (“The Concepts of Management Styles Used by Managers of Educational Organizations and Features of Traditional Management Styles”; “Change Management in Educational Organizations and Innovative Management Styles”; “Leadership and Team Management as Innovative Management Styles in Educational Organizations”; "Business Orientation as a Resource for the Development of Innovative Management Styles Used by Managers of Educational Organizations"; "Emotional Intelligence as an Important Precondition for the Development of Innovative Management Styles Used by Managers of Educational Organizations"; "Innovative Management Styles Used by Managers of Educational Organizations: the Impact of Organizations' Psychological Characteristics"; "Innovative Management Styles Used by Managers of Educational Organizations: the Impact of Managers' Personal Characteristics"). Each training module includes three main components (information-conceptual, assessing and developmental), which use special organizational and interactive techniques. The interactive techniques include small-group work, inter-group discussions, psychological workshops, business games, creative tasks, etc.
