Abstract

The article deals with the training program "Educational Staff's Career and Psychological Health", dwelling on its objectives and content. The authors describe the content of the program's four training sessions: "Professional Career, Its Types and Functions", "Stages and Criteria of a Successful Career in the Organization", "Psychological Health of Educational Staff and Its Role in Educational Organizations", "Educational Staff's Career and Psychological Health: When and Why Do Contradictions Arise Between Them and Is It Possible to Overcome Them?" The authors also describe different interactive techniques used in the training sessions, consider the basic organizational and psychological conditions for overcoming contradictions between educational staff's career and psychological health as well as propose special self-regulation techniques, in particular, meditation, to be used by educational staff to maintain their psychological health, etc.
