Abstract
Scientists and employees of educational organizations planning to use video-communication technologies in their activities should clearly identify the specific tasks that video-broadcasting equipment should address, and what kind of equipment can address these issues. Using simple webcam or built-in mobile phone camera is enough to solve simple, non-critical image quality tasks to familiarize yourself with video technology and personal video conferencing. But if you are tasked with holding a group video conference, conducting a video report, creating training material, and more, then you should use a camcorder with a normal lens. Despite the complexity of the technical implementation of such a variant of video broadcasting equipment, the complex is versatile and can perform a wide range of tasks from personal videoconferences to broadcasts that will not be broadcast as television. Also, this complex is easily scalable and subsequently has the potential to be transformed into a television studio. The use of information and communication technologies opens many opportunities and prospects for improving the quality of education, expanding educational process technologies and ways of informing and teaching, especially in the field of distance learning, ensuring the accessibility, mobility and communication of teachers and researchers with the target audience.
