Abstract

The practical manual reveals and substantiates the methodological principles, content and procedural characteristics of forecasting the development of general secondary education. The methods of forecasting the development of general secondary education have been developed, substantiated and tested. The practical guide is addressed to the heads of educational management bodies of different levels, directors and deputy directors of schools, teachers, methodologists, students of educational and qualification level "Master", teachers, researchers of the general secondary education system. The practical guide will promote the development of the national system of general secondary education, improving its quality by developing sound forecasts and recommendations for the implementation of the specified process; will facilitate the qualitative preparation of educational subjects for prognostic activities.
