Abstract
The monograph presents the theoretical results of a comprehensive interdisciplinary scientific analysis of the problem of forecasting the development of general secondary education, its theoretical and methodological foundations are revealed. The component composition of the predictive background of the development of general secondary education has been found. The basic methods and means of forecasting the development of general secondary education are described. The methodological toolkit and theoretical model of forecasting the development of general secondary education as a level system, the prognostic model of primary education development are elaborated and substantiated in the process of research. The monograph is addressed to the heads of education management bodies at different levels, directors and deputy directors of schools, teachers, methodologists, higher education graduates by master's educational level, teachers, researchers of the general secondary education system. The monograph will contribute to the development of the national system of general secondary education, improve its quality, will be useful for further theoretical and applied scientific studies of the education system of Ukraine, the theory and practice of educational and pedagogical forecasting, preparation of subjects of educational activity for the implementation of educational and pedagogical forecasting.
