Abstract

The section is devoted to the personal aspects of pedagogical interaction in the context of the problem of the teacher's conscious and unconscious influence on students. Considerable attention is focused on the research of teachers ' behavior and personal qualities. The expediency of an integrative-existential approach to the interpretation of personal qualities of teachers in the context of the problem of influence and providing them with psychological support is justified. An integrative model of psychological support of the teacher as a subject of influence on the student is proposed.
