Abstract

The priorities of education of citizens in the modern society, which are recognized by most European countries and Ukraine, are values proclaimed by the Council of Europe: the rule of law, democracy and human rights. Educational processes are taking place today in the information digital world, requiring educators with competencies in both ICT and civic education, which are directly related to responsible attitudes, respect for privacy, tolerance and more.
