Abstract
It is given a definition of the term Psychotherapeutic personal ideal lifestyle. It is noted a kind of semantic conditionality, dynamic character and variety of this phenomenon. It is empirically proved the necessity of using an idea of the psychotherapeutic personal ideal lifestyle in complex suggestive psychotherapy in cases of neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders. There are highlighted some specific characteristics of the psychotherapeutic personal ideal lifestyle. These characteristics can serve as indicators of psychotherapeutic success. It is shown that one of the main signs of achieving the psychotherapeutic personal ideal lifestyle is increasing of a level of thinking adaptability. It is determined that such client’s ability can be achieved by suggestion of the ideas-principles of continuous changeability, interdependence, relativity, irreversibility, self-organization and dynamic equilibrium that form the basis of the psychotherapeutic confrontational suggestion technique. Suggestion of the basic ideas-principles allows to enhance, as well as to expedite a process of meaningful conclusions verification. It is determined that adequacy and balance of emotional reactions are specifically related to the psychotherapeutic personal ideal lifestyle. It is shown that at the behavioral level the psychotherapeutic personal ideal lifestyle is manifested in an individually comfortable level of client’s social activity and the kept full contact with reality. It is represented that the idea of the need to search for a personal ideal lifestyle is one of the basic ones in the system of Multimodal suggestive psychotherapy.
