It’s study is not only scientifically but also socially meaningful. The teacher should be not only professionally, but first and foremost personally prepared for self-realization in pedagogical activity in modern conditions. We studied the motivation of vocational and pedagogical activity with the help of K. Zamfir's method in the modification of A. A. Rean.Satisfaction with the profession ofa teacher has significant correlations with the optimality of the teacher's motivational complex. In other words, the teacher's satisfaction with the chosen profession is the higher the more optimal his motivational complex: high indicators of internal and external positive motivation and low -external negative. In the course of the research, indicators of the formation of such basic components of the psychological culture of teachers as cognitive, affective, value-sensual, behavioral (activity), motivational, reflexive-perceptual were determined; levels of psychological culture of teachers are revealed.Summing up the conclusions of our study, we note that the results showed the following: 19% of the teachers surveyed have a high level of psychological culture; 75% of teachers received an average level and 6% of the sample of teachers surveyed have a low level of psychological culture.Educators with a high level of psychological culture have a more optimal motivational complex of vocational and pedagogical activities. What is the optimum motivational complex, the more activity of the teacher is motivated by the content of teaching activity, the desire to achieve certain positive results in it.
