Abstract

Association of School Leaders of Ukraine (ACSU) - a public professional organization of school heads of Ukraine, established in May 1993 and since October 1993 is an associate member of the European Association of School Managers. During the CPSU's activities, considerable experience has been gained in organizing national and international projects and initiatives. In our opinion, the successful activity of the ACSU schools was due to the cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, regional departments of education, institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education, other administrative and scientific-methodological structures, wide involvement regions, locally.
