Abstract

The article covers the experience of the staff of The Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine on the use of electronic open systems for information and analytical support of pedagogical research in the NAES of Ukraine. The model of informational-analytical support of scientific researches is grounded and developed. The peculiarities of the functioning of the research model of the electronic scientific publication on the platform of open journal systems are determined and the stages of its implementation in scientific and higher education institutions for the publication of scientific professional journals and collections are described. The basic requirements to the system of information and analytical support of scientific activity in the field of pedagogical sciences are outlined. It is determined that the system of informational-analytical support of pedagogical researches on the basis of electronic open systems for consists of statistical, information-analytical scientometric services. It is determined that information and analytical support of pedagogical research of research institutions should ensure the formation of databases; systematization and preservation of basic innovative developments of scientific and pedagogical research; identifying promising areas of research; monitoring of scientific and pedagogical research; publication and distribution of scientific products; free access to electronic educational resources. The main criteria for selecting electronic open systems are: their openness, functionality and suitability for use in scientific institutions and educational institutions of Ukraine.
