Abstract
Based on analysis of the theory and practice of audio-visual electronic means in the article written out content and urgency of the problem in the context of the need to create a comfortable learning environment to improve the application of audio-visual electronic means. At the same time, considerable attention paid to the need to establish the office in the subject’s own video library of audio-visual electronic means. Recommendations on the rational use of funds video library. On substantive grounds divided into didactic, methodical and ergonomic. At the same time, the problem of the need to create updated video library of its own funds audio-visual electronic means using a set of «computer equipment — video projector — video camera». Write out recommendations for the rational organization of the process of using video library funds, training teachers to conduct classes with the use of audio-visual electronic means as stand alone multimedia learning tools.
