Abstract

The necessity of reorientation of educational approaches based on a comprehensive understanding of the specics of functioning of the human psyche, which was formed evolutionary way of formation of the human species, is substantiated the application of understanding of mechanisms of evolution and natural selection in the method of detection and maintenance of individual giftedness is proposed.
