Abstract

The results of the research on the identification of pedagogical conditions of forming readiness for professional self-improvement of future technicians-programmers, which illustrate the primary need for changing the content of education, are highlighted; creation of modern educational and methodological support, focused on practical training and ensuring a decent salary level of pedagogical workers.
