Abstract

The paper provides an overview of the electronic educational resources used in countries to build digital competence of teachers and students (learning platforms with a list of resources in various subjects of primary disciplines, national tests, on-line tools for self-assessment of teachers and students to determine the level of digital competence, etc.) . A comparative analysis is presented regarding the approaches used to shape the digital competence of students in Scandinavian countries.
