Abstract
Thesis for the Candidate degree in psychology, speciality 19.00.07 – Pedagogical and Developmental psychology. – G.S. Kostyuk Institute of Psychology, National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine – Kyiv, 2013. The dissertation deals with the issue of negative experiences of teenagers in relationships with their parents and psychological correction of these experinces. The study discloses the content of the concept of "negative experience" of adolescence, defines the essential characteristics of the negative experiences of modern teenagers of both genders – their intensity, arising reasons, the content and emotional expression, adolescent's ability to cope with them. The study features the psychological and structural deformations of the family, its socio-economic status, as far as characteristics of early childhood development and their relationship with the intensity of negative feelings in adolescence, discloses the role of the deepest part of the adolescent’s negative experiences in an external manifestations of their feelings in actual life. This work describes the model of correction of the teenager’s negative experiences, which defines the general grounds, conditions of the symboldrama psycho-correction process, its principles, techniques and modes. Correction of negative experiences programm had helped teenagers in relationships with parents, established on the basis of the developed model and included both individual and group work.
