Abstract
The main social risks associated with the influence of social networks on the consciousness, behavior and performance of consumers are revealed in the article. The influence of manipulation on the human personality is determined. The prerequisites of computer addiction are analyzed. The role of advertising in the formation of human value orientations is considered.
