Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of modern tendencies in the development and use of cloud-oriented systems in the training of teachers in European countries. The peculiarities of the preparation of future teachers in the countries of Western Europe are considered. The basic directions of pedagogical preparation of teachers of the countries of Europe, in particular: a combination of special, general education, psychological, pedagogical and practical training are outlined. The experience of using the cloud-based learning environment in such countries as: France, Czech Republic, Spain, Kazakhstan, Great Britain is revealed. Examples of cloud services and cloud-based learning environments in different countries are given. The work of leading foreign researchers describing their own experience in creating and using a cloud-based learning environment in higher education institutions is considered. The experience of using Microsoft Office365 and IBM Cloud Academy in foreign higher education institutions is revealed. The experience of Baltic countries scientists in the creation of massive on-line courses using cloud computing has been analyzed, for improving the quality of professional activity of teachers. Therefore, the use of cloud-oriented systems will improve the educational process of institutions of higher education, and will ensure the solution of pedagogical, socio-cultural and technical issues will contribute to the further development of professional competence of teachers without interruption in work and at a convenient time.
