Abstract

The tendency to transition to knowledge management systems can be seen as the development of remote learning systems that were introduced earlier. The article deals with the knowledge of the SECI, which was introduced by the Japanese researchers I. Nonaka and H. Takeuchi. Knowledge management technologies and tools are presented in accordance with their belonging to one of the four processes of knowledge transformation.
