Abstract
The educational policy of the UK, as well as many other countries of the world, is shaped by the main directions outlined in the Digital Agenda for Europe, an economically promising development of the country, which is highly oriented towards modern digital technologies and requires the citizens of the country the appropriate level of digital competence.In accordance with the objectives of the British Digital Strategy 2017, in 2018, the Educational Technology Strategy (EdTech strategy)as well as the Digital Teaching Professional Framework was developed and implemented.
